3. Pricing and Listing Errors

Prices are subject to change without notice. Listing, typographical, or pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or adjust affected orders. If an order is canceled due to a pricing error, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping terms, delivery windows, and carrier responsibilities are defined in the Shipping Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier performance and destination.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, restocking fees, eligibility rules, and refund timing are governed by the Refund and Return Policy, incorporated by reference.

8. Warranty Coverage

Product warranty coverage is governed exclusively by the posted Warranty Policy. Where a warranty is provided, it controls over any general disclaimer language. No statement in these Terms reduces consumer warranty rights that cannot be legally limited.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only before processing begins. Once processing or shipment starts, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

16. Policy Integration

The Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Warranty Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the agreement.

17. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Revised versions are effective when posted. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
